This includes the following points:

Pay more attention to the character’s pose transitions; when moving from the character’s readiness to crouch, to the crouching pose, the knees do not move straight down, but first tense up and focus on the target, then suddenly bend down along with the body weight.

Secondly, you can adjust the character’s movement through the Maya animation window’s motion curve, remove the extra points on the curve to make the curve smoother, which can make the character’s movement look more natural.
